Shipping & Returns
- Free shipping: 48 states/province in the United States offers free delivery services. Our partnered carrier is FedEx. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available. Usually, your package will be delivered within 5-7 days. and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday.
- Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - Notice: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. - Q: Is the shelf adjustable to different heights?
- A: The inserted shelf is not adjustable.
- Q: Will the planter rust and stain the wood below?
- A: Our planter box has an outdoor baking paint surface that is UV resistant and rust resistant. If the surface paint layer is not damaged, it will not rust or produce rust stains.
- Q: Does this planter box have drainage holes?
- A: Our planter boxes have drainage holes at the bottom and middle partition, and the bottom drainage holes have silicone sealing plugs.
- Q: What material are your planter boxes made of?
- A: Our metal planter is made of high-quality galvanized sheets, and the surface is painted with outdoor special baking paint.
- Q: Can I pour soil directly into the box and plant the plants in it?
- A: There are drainage holes at the bottom of the planter so plants can be planted directly into it. However, the surface temperature of this metal box is very high under direct sunlight in summer, making it unsuitable for some plants.

The only option for reactive skin
I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin that breaks out in either a rash or acne with anything i try to put on it. This is the only lotion i can use. My sister is the same. Anytime i switch to something cheeper, i eventually come back to this!

FAKE! Caused burning stinging and pain. AVOID
Counterfeit product-avoid! Don’t buy it from here, get the actual product from Bioderma directly. I used this and it made my face sting, itch and turn a bright red. Then came the BURNING! After avoiding it for a week my face is finally healing. I didn’t notice the horrible packaging until it was too late—compare the photo of the product I got to the actual product from Bioderma and you’ll see the difference.
It is extremely unethical for a seller to send FAKE products that cause PAIN and redness all to make a dollar. Not cool.
