Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available. Usually, your package will be delivered within 5-7 days. and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday.
- Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - A: The inserted shelf is not adjustable.
- Q: Will the planter rust and stain the wood below?
- A: Our planter box has an outdoor baking paint surface that is UV resistant and rust resistant. If the surface paint layer is not damaged, it will not rust or produce rust stains.
- Q: Does this planter box have drainage holes?
- A: Our planter boxes have drainage holes at the bottom and middle partition, and the bottom drainage holes have silicone sealing plugs.
- Q: What material are your planter boxes made of?
- A: Our metal planter is made of high-quality galvanized sheets, and the surface is painted with outdoor special baking paint.
- Q: Can I pour soil directly into the box and plant the plants in it?
- A: There are drainage holes at the bottom of the planter so plants can be planted directly into it. However, the surface temperature of this metal box is very high under direct sunlight in summer, making it unsuitable for some plants.

One Tough Ball!

Our dogs are loving this ball. Our 1 yr old hound is a world-class chewer and he can't make a dent in this ball. The interactive buzzing and bouncing keeps them entertained for long durations. It's a mite noisy but the barking from the 1 yr old is much louder, lol. Even turned off, they like playing with it and chewing on it. Based on the tough construction, we think it will last much longer than traditional chew balls.

My puppy’s favorite

If you love your dog…don’t buy this.

We have a nonaggressive English cocker. She opened the ball every time she played with it. And yes, we are closing it as hard as we can. I do not recommend this toy for any dog! This is a dangerous toy for a dog that is not supervised.
