Sansevieria Zeylanica Fan

Sansevieria, native to West Africa and commonly known as snake plant or mother-in-law's tongue, is one of the most low maintenance plants you'll find. They can stand a wide range of temperatures and light conditions, and, if necessary, can be left to fend for themselves for several weeks at a time. They are also great at filtering out toxins in the air! This plant is perfect for beginners as it is happy in all kinds of environments and is one of the most low maintenance plants you can find.

How to care for your Snake Plant

Water:  Water every two/three weeks, allowing the soil to dry between watering, and take care to not over water as this may cause the plant to rot.

Light: Sanseveria likes indirect sunlight, but will tolerate low and high light conditions.

Humidity: Regular humidity conditions are sufficient. 

Temperature: Can withstand colder conditions.

Getting the kids' backpacks ready usually means the dog gets ignored for a bit and starts pacing. I turn this ball on and toss it out the back door. It has a surprising amount of bounce on the grass, and the random movements keep him running circles trying to catch it. Pushing the button to switch the rolling modes is straightforward. The battery gets me through a few play sessions before it needs to be plugged back in. The outer shell gets pretty dirty outside, but wiping it down with a damp rag cleans it right up. It’s got a decent weight to it, so it doesn't just get stuck under the lawn chairs immediately.
