It is prized for its massive, heavily bullate (bumpy or quilted), dark green leaves with prominent, deeply sunken veins that give the foliage a spectacular, textured appearance. Light: Requires bright, indirect light, which is necessary to encourage large leaf development. Direct sunlight will quickly scorch the delicate foliage.

- Light: Requires bright, indirect light, which is necessary to encourage large leaf development. Direct sunlight will quickly scorch the delicate foliage.
- Temperature: Prefers moderate and stable conditions, ideally between 64-77°F (18-25°C).
- Humidity: Demands very high humidity, ideally 80% or more, often requiring an humidified enclosure (terrarium or plant cabinet) to thrive.
- Watering: Water when the top 40% of the chunky, well-draining aroid mix feels dry. It requires consistent moisture but is highly susceptible to root rot if the roots remain soggy.
Additional Notes
Due to its need for extremely high humidity and consistent temperature, it is often grown in a closed environment with good air circulation to prevent mold. Like all Anthuriums, the plant is toxic if ingested.

Ground-breaking
Format: Kindle
I have been interested in deliverance ministry and spiritual warfare ever since I first experienced it in missions about 25 years ago. I have read and listened to teaching by Derek Prince, Frank Hammond and others—most of whom talk about casting demons out of individuals, which can be a long, exhausting process for both the victim and the deliverance minister. I have also appreciated the writings of Dr. Neil T. Anderson, whose Steps to Freedom in Christ is a great tool for guiding believers in their own deliverance. These have helped me, but some people are so bound by darkness that these forms of ministry bring only temporary relief.
Ana Mendez Ferrell’s book is different. She talks about how the enemy takes people captive to do his will, making them incapable of doing God’s will, by fragmenting their souls and carrying parts of them into spiritual realms of darkness, confinement and torment. The only way to release these prisoners is to be led by the Holy Spirit and heavenly angels to the spiritual realms where the captives are held, overcome the “strong men” guarding them, and lead the captives out to heavenly realms with Jesus instead.
In addition to explaining the Scriptures that informed her and her husband of these principles, Mrs. Ferrell provides examples of when these methods have been used in her ministry. There are also testimonies of others who applied these practices and saw powerful transformation take place in individuals and entire communities! I found Ana Mendez Ferrell’s YouTube site online and have been watching her teachings on the subject there, as well.
If you are not a Christian or are new to faith in Jesus Christ, this is probably not a book for you to read just yet. However, seasoned evangelists, prophets and apostles may discover a tremendous key to new levels of effectiveness in ministry by studying and applying this approach.

Excellent Insights on Spiritual Warfare
Format: Kindle
This is an insightful book on spiritual captivity and how one can work towards breaking spiritual bondages. I have learned quite a big deal about spiritual warfare and the steps to take towards one’s freedom from bondages. As explained, it is a process that one initiates in faith by the power of the Holy Spirit. The issues discussed and the testimonies given are eye-opening and worth every penny. God bless you and grant you freedom as you read this book.

Great gift and lovely way to weave God's presence into daily life
Format: Imitation Leather
Love these prayers. I heard about the book from a podcast of Steve Cuss (or maybe Curtis Chang?). This book is a lovely and sometimes humorous way to weave God into the day. (My favorite-- a prayer for changing diapers! I sent this to my daughter in law).

Love Each of These Three Volumes - Most Excellent!
This is the third volume of Every Moment Holy and I already own and use regularly the previous two. So needless to say, I was excited to add this to my collection and it did not disappoint! Each of these books are written so beautifully and are unique and special. They have taught me better ways to pray and to look at prayer. They have encouraged me to better pray / how to pray with and for others. I use them daily!
