Lanceleaf Coreopsis (Coreopsis lanceolata) is a bright and cheerful native perennial that brings weeks of golden yellow blooms to your garden in early summer. This long-lasting pollinator favorite attracts butterflies, bees, and moths, while its late-summer seed heads provide food for songbirds. • Deer Resistant: Naturally unappealing to deer, ensuring reliable blooms.

Why Choose Lanceleaf Coreopsis?

Lanceleaf coreopsis is an ideal plant for wildlife-friendly landscapes, offering long-lasting beauty and critical ecological benefits. Whether planted in pollinator gardens, sunny borders, or meadows, its bright flowers, pollinator support, and bird-friendly seeds make it a must-have native perennial.

Planting Tips:

  1. Location: Thrives in full sun to part shade with well-drained soil.
  2. Watering: Water regularly during the first growing season; drought-tolerant once established.
  3. Maintenance: Minimal care required. There's no need to deadhead the flowers, as allowing them to go to seed provides a valuable food source for birds. Leaving the stems standing in the fall offers overwintering sites for beneficial insects. If desired, cut back the stems in late spring after pollinators have emerged.

For more information on planting, view our How to Plant Your Native Plants guide and other planting tips in the Garden for Wildlife Learning Center.

Add lanceleaf coreopsis to your garden for weeks of golden blooms, pollinator-friendly nectar, and seeds for birds—all with minimal maintenance and maximum ecological impact!

Nice Fit
Color: Black, White, Light Gray, Size: 3X-Large
I picked this up looking for something simple but clean, and it delivered. The fit is comfortable, the material feels solid, and it looks good without needing much effort. It’s one of those pieces you can throw on and still look put together.

Good value, soft and comfortable
Color: Black, Army Green, Light Gray, Size: 4X-Large, Color: Black, Army Green, Light Gray, Size: 4X-Large
Initial thoughts are very positive with this 3 pack shirt set. The green is similar to an OD military green and the black and gray are standard color shades. Material is soft and sizes are true to size. The mock turtleneck isn’t too tight but may still be a little annoying to some people. I do question the amount of spandex in these shirts. Tag says 5% but these shirts are extremely stretchy and feels like a higher spandex content. It’s also a little tough to figure out which way is the front of the shirt. Visually rhe front does have a lower collar line than the back but would still be nice to have a brand tag printed in the back of the shirt for quicker identification. Overall for roughly $12 a shirt these are a good choice for everyday wear. I will update rating if these shirts fail to meet expectations after further use.
