We have in house designers and a CNC machine located in our shop. We design and cut everything in our little shop on Main Street, Lafleche! After the metal is cut it gets sanded down to produce a nice smooth finish. We either clear coat it or prime and paint it depending on each order.
Our products can be easily washed with soap and water, or just dusted with a damp cloth. Although we make our products with real wood and steel, they can still chip and scratch if roughly handled, so please handle with care!
If for any reason you're unhappy with the product, then please return it to us for a full refund within 7 days. If the item is damaged, please let us know right away, and we can send you a replacement piece or a totally new product if necessary.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically we process an order in 3-5 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
