... a beautiful and still rare Sansevieria species; from own propagation; division from the mother plant as per picture - this one is not for sale - from my Sansevieria collection, grown side shoot; well established, each leaf then comes in the beautiful light-silver colour (similar to the S. Moonshine; but the leaves are a bit shorter and narrower; not overfertilised therefore top healthy and robust (quality before quantity!), slow growing (with growth pause in winter); potted in a well-drained self-mixed organic substrate; repotting only desired in 1-2 years, for a sunny/bright location, avoid waterlogging; enjoy your new unique beauty - Sansevieria trifasciata "Lady Grey"!

All my Sansevierias from my collection (over 100 species) grow slowly, without being massively fertilised, with the growth pause in winter. As a result, they are top healthy, robust and just look natural. Sansevierias are not winter-hardy, as plants are supposed to clean the indoor air and increase the oxygen content in the house.

You get a plant of the displayed size.

and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition)
This is a required text for Internet Law classes. It is edited very poorly. There are typos on every other page, and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition).

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance. It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts. It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner. Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
