Aglaonema 'Prosperity'

Aglaonema 'Prosperity' is a pink and green Chinese evergreen with a dense, upright crown and broad leaves held on coloured petioles. It grows from a short basal framework, producing new leaves close together so the plant keeps a full indoor shape.

The leaves carry rose to coral-pink colouring, green margins and green flecking, with pattern intensity changing between individual blades. The petioles often carry a matching pink tone, adding colour below the leaf surface.

Aglaonema 'Prosperity' colour profile

  • Compact Chinese evergreen with a dense, self-heading crown
  • Rose-pink to coral-pink leaves with green markings
  • Coloured petioles visible through the centre of the plant
  • Broad, glossy blades with varied pattern intensity
  • Warm-growing foliage plant for stable indoor conditions

Rose-pink leaves and basal shoots

Aglaonema 'Prosperity' belongs to the Araceae family and grows as a rhizomatous evergreen cultivar. Over time, a healthy plant can develop several shoots in one pot, giving the crown more depth and a fuller outline.

Aglaonema species are native to warm, sheltered forest regions from north-eastern India to Papua New Guinea. In pots, keep it in filtered light, consistent warmth and a substrate that stays lightly moist while draining well.

Leaf pattern can shift with age, season and individual growth. New leaves may open softer in colour, then firm up as the blade matures.

Care points for Aglaonema 'Prosperity'

  • Light: Grow in bright indirect light. A position with stable daylight keeps the crown compact and the pink-green leaves balanced.
  • Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm feels dry. Use room-temperature water to reduce cold shock around the fleshy petiole bases.
  • Substrate: Use a loose mix with fine bark, coco fibre, perlite or pumice, and a little composted material for moisture retention.
  • Drainage: Keep the pot free-draining. Coloured Aglaonema cultivars with dense crowns are sensitive to stagnant moisture at the base.
  • Temperature: Keep above 18 °C. The low to mid 20s °C range keeps growth steadier.
  • Humidity: Moderate humidity limits dry edging on new leaves. In dry air, use grouping or a humidifier and keep watering guided by actual substrate moisture.
  • Feeding: Feed every 4–6 weeks during active growth at low strength. Colourful leaves handle gentle feeding than heavy doses.
  • Repotting: Repot when roots have filled the container or the plant dries unusually fast. Step up gradually to keep moisture control simple.
  • Pruning: Cut ageing leaves near the base. Removing old petioles cleanly keeps the crowded centre ventilated.
  • Propagation: Divide mature multi-shoot plants in warm weather and keep each division evenly moist during recovery.

Crown, margin and pest checks

  • Brown margins on pink leaves: Check for dry heat, strong fertiliser, direct sun or repeated drying between waterings.
  • Soft growth at the crown: Inspect the root ball and basal stems. Wet, compact substrate can soften roots and basal stems.
  • Patchy yellowing after repotting: Review pot size, planting depth and watering frequency while new roots establish.
  • Slow new leaves: Check temperature first, then light. Cool rooms can pause growth even when watering is correct.
  • Speckled or scarred young leaves: Inspect fresh growth and petiole bases for mites, thrips or mealybugs.

This is a great ball for high energy dogs.
Color: Blue
I have a Belgian Malinois, so you can imagine the Maligator jaws. Just opened this today and let her play with it indoors. She LOVES IT. It wore her out and it’s a toy she can really stay focused on without needing me to throw or roll for her. It moves on its own! I supervised her play. I was hoping it was too big to get under the couch, but no. It goes right under it. I had to block off the gap so I didn’t have to keep getting it out from under for her. The outter “shell” is very durable! When she had resting moments, she chewed it pretty good - I could hear the material squeaking against her teeth. I was worried she was tearing it up, but nope! Not a mark on it. It’s easy to set up and operate. It needed charging before play. After hours of play, she was able to somehow unscrew the outter shell. This concerned me bc the smaller, inner ball mechanism came out but I saw it right away and was able to put it back together. So, make sure it’s screwed together tightly (which I thought I had done without breaking it) and check it from time to time to make sure it hasn’t loosened. This is a great ball for her incredible high energy drive. It gives her the work and fun play she needs to get tired, which I love. This toy is on the expensive end, but so far it’s worth it. Now we’ll see how long it lasts!

Love love it
Color: Blue
Best dog toy ever. I have a 1 year old boxer who is full of energy (understatement). This ball has provided more entertainment for us both than any dog toy I’ve ever purchased. Charge holds well and has a very resilient shell. I love it. Worth the price.

Great ball for limited entertainment. Replaceable outer shell is an amazing option!
Color: Blue, Color: Blue
Bought this for our 45lb, ball-obsessed Dutch shepherd/pit bull dog mix. I had one of these years ago with the hard shell and couldn’t be happier with the new foam shell. The new foam shell is much quieter and while our dog might put holes in it with his teeth, he doesn’t seem to ever pull pieces off. For engagement level, he found it VERY interesting at first and was scared to grab it, but once he got over that he started holding it in his mouth even when it shakes and just tries to keep it. Isn’t the best for fetch or anything as he has trouble letting it go when it is actively moving, but it makes him happy while he has it. We just make sure to monitor him while it is out. The ability to change the outer shell and just buy a replacement for the shell instead of a whole new toy is a lovely feature that makes me very happy to continue buying from this company.

Great Interactive Option
Color: Blue
To start, I have been very happy with this purchase. A couple of key points for me are durability and being able to keep my dog's attention. I have had it for almost a year, just a month shy, and she hasn't managed to get through the foam outer shell even though she tries real hard to do so. Let's just say, she's hard to find toys for because of her habit of finding the point of failure where she can pick and gnaw at until the toy is no longer safe for her to have. With this toy, she not only found her match, but it also has her watching, waiting, and even stalking. Only one small issue has recently occurred: the motor has started having an issue where the charge doesn't hold, and it doesn't remain on afterwards. I have reached out to Cheerble directly to see about replacing it since I am still within their 12-month timeframe, and they responded right away.

Quality product for the right dog...
Color: Orange
Honestly it's a really cool product well constructed and moves around on its own with several different modes. The design id brilliant with a tough rubber ball that unscrew to expose the element that makes it move in the middle. The dog won't be able to unscrew it but you can if you ever need to replace the ball for any reason but it would take some work for a dog to destroy the outer ball. Almost like "Kong" type material. The ball is about the size of a softball and the element inside is about the size of a golf ball. I thought my dog would love this but she was afraid of it, which is strange because she's afraid of nothing. Anyways I gave it to my neighbor upstairs and she has a yorkshire terrier who plays with it all the time so it all worked out great. Quality product . Good job!
