With four powerful active ingredients, Surge Broadleaf Herbicide for Turf features a water-based formulation to provide an economical option for late spring, early summer, and fall weed control needs. Surge delivers outstanding control of tough broadleaf weeds such as knotweed, plantain, and oxalis, and offers yellow nutsedge suppression. Highly selective in both warm- and cool-season turfgrasses, Surge provides visible activity in hours, and weed death can occur within 10-14 days.
Controls: Knotweed, Plantain, Oxalis, Clover, Dandelion, Yellow Nutsedge (suppression), and many more.
Labeled for use in: Bluegrass - Kentucky and annual; Fescue - tall, red and fine leaf; Ryegrass - annual and perennial; Bentgrass; Centipedegrass; Bermudagrass - common and hybrid; Zoysiagrass; and many others.
Rate of use: Between 2.75 - 4 pints per acre depending on type of turf being treated. See product label for full details.
