Clare is a Kew-trained horticulturist with more than 30 years experience in the industry.  She has spent her entire working life searching for the perfect glove - this is how Donkey Gloves were born.  The brand name is inspired by the real donkey work of Clare’s small-holding lifestyle on Dartmoor: outdoors all day, running a private animal sanctuary and taking care of vegetable and flower gardens.  Clare is very hands on and wears her gloves every day.
