Love these drinks 30 grams of protein can’t go wrong. They taste is good the texture is not an issue. I blend mine with ice you can even put coffee in it and that is amazing.

These drinks are very convenient. I can take them with me if I’m running behind or I can just drink them here at home. The taste isn’t bad, I can handle it, but it’s not like drinking a glass of chocolate milk. The texture is quite smooth as it is already mixed up for you and it is always the same. I have never had a batch that is not been the same taste. I like that I can drink a small bit of chocolate and gain 30 g of protein.

I started drinking Premier shakes while recovering from lapband surgery in 2012. They are delicious, low calorie , high protein meal replacements, with no added sugar.
