Ok substitution for the value

Bought these for my 2004 M3, quality is good, fitment is OK, some gaps around the edges but you cant tell unless you look very closely. About as expected for the cost.

Plastic mold isnโt as straight as it should be, the clips donโt line up like oem. Product is wiggly. Had on car for over half a year.
Hasnโt faded. Just wish the fitment was better.
Update: the grill lasted about 1 1/2 years, it began to fade, and I had a slat crack, no evidence of impact. I ended up buying a better made product and replaced this grill.
