Ripโs easily

Hello,
I recently purchased one of your dog toys for my pup and while she absolutely loved it, unfortunately it didnโt hold up at all during normal play. She started playing with it as soon as it arrived, but the toy ripped the very first night and all the filler came out of the legs of the lobster design. I was really disappointed that it couldnโt withstand regular play, especially since we were excited about it.
Because the toy was damaged so quickly and didnโt last even one night of play, Iโm not interested in buying another one, but I would like to know what your return or replacement policy is for this situation. Is it possible to get a replacement toy or a refund? If you require that the broken toy be sent back, please just let me know how to do that. Iโd be happy to send photos if needed.

Disappointment

Fun for a week now the charge dies after 5 minutes. My dog isn't rough with it at all but stopped working well after a week. Takes hours to charge and dies in minutes.
