I assume that's the right way, the tube is a bit small though. But it does last a pretty long time. Basically its glycerin in a form of a gel, and its tastes sweet, does it work? Yeah, more or less. I place it on the roof of my mouth and dip from there, but when done, i still need a drink. But its helpful if your mouth is dry and you keep having to drink a ton of water to get to sleep. So I get a bit of this. I'm hoping to find a way to make it myself though.
