Mepitel One Safetac Wound Dressing
Mepitel One with Safetac technology is a one-sided wound contact layer that effectively protects the wound and the skin and prevents an outer dressing from sticking to the wound, minimising trauma and pain.
Gentle yet effective, it can be used on a wide range of wounds such as skin tears, skin abrasions, surgical incisions, second degree burns, blistering, lacerations, partial and full thickness grafts, diabetic ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers.
Use together with Mesorb or for high exuding wounds with Mextra Superabsorbent, and with Tubifast fixation.
The open perforated structure allows exudate to pass vertically into a secondary absorbent dressing and enables easy delivery of topical treatments. Its high transparency lets you instantly assess healing progress without removing the contact layer and it can be left in place for up to 14 days without drying out in order to not stress the wound or ly healed tissue

I have a 25 lb terrier that tore this into six pieces in about 8 minutes. They're big ones are durable but this one is horrible. Do not get this if your dog likes to chew on things.
