A cute interactive pet toy. You turn it on by screwing off the top, and it has 3 different modes and flashing lights. The ropes are separate and you tie them on the top. It's rechargeable, so no batteries, and you can apparently use a bluetooth connection to download more sounds, etc. It's basically just chirps now and then. Overall a great toy for bored pets.
