FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• How much of my dress do I need to send in?
  • We will need a 3-4" piece of your own wedding dress for us to inlay into the ring! Shortly after ordering, we will reach out to provide you with information on how to send a piece of your dress in
• If I send in a piece of fabric that has a floral or textured design will that show through?
  • We always do our best to get as much texture/design as possible, however this is a very narrow channel in the ring so we are typically able to have a little bit of texture or pattern show through, but it will not look exactly as bold or contrasted as it is on your fabric
• Will my fabric piece stay as bright/white as it was made?
  • This depends on the metal type of your ring, how the fabric reacts with the protective layer we apply to it, and many other factors that go into making the ring so it may not end up purely white. This is not something that we can control and is very important to keep in mind when placing your order! 
• What if my dress has beads or sequins?
  • While we try to accommodate most textures/materials, please be advised that any beads or sequins will be removed before the fabric is added to the ring
• If I request a specific piece of the fabric be used will that be accommodated? 
  • We will definitely do our best to accommodate that request! Depending on the fabric thickness, material type, etc. we may need to use a different section of the fabric
