An absolutely stunning Valentino ivory silk and sheer illusion net-tulle beaded crystal gown dating back to his 2007 spring-summer collection. For over forty years, Valentino has been one of the most prominent names in fashion, creating some of the world's most elegant and classic designs. Well-known clients include Princess Margaret of England, Audrey Hepburn, Jacqueline Kennedy, Julia Roberts and Claudia Schiffer. It was Valentino's desire to design clothes that would celebrate the female form and accentuate a woman's sensuality. This ethereal goddess gown is a perfect example of his vision. The documented runway look 52 features silk satin ribbon and sheer tulle stripes with an attached crystal rhinestone belt and a black satin ribbon bow. I absolutely love the wide open neckline with skinny slip straps. He uses an ingenious sheer illusion pleating technique that gives the garment so much depth and texture. The high waist empire silhouette glazes over the waist and hips in such an ethereal way. A timeless archival Valentino that is perfect for any modern wedding or red carpet moment.

For price you can't beat it. It's also wide enough of a seat I can sit cross crossed.
