I tried to insert another pillow I had that had a print on it but you could see the other pillow through it. If you use a plain while pillow insert these should be ok.

It is very soft to the touch, and it feels good. Plush and padded. Easy care, I machine washed cold with white items only and hang dry. No wrinkles coming out of the washer.
