Emilio went to school in the USA and designed ski wear for the colleges he went to. His love for color and prints come from his mother who collected modern art. I used to work at Steve Madden and can tell you with 100% confidence if you're ever buying one of their heels with a pointier toe, you need to go up an entire size or your foot is going to suffer. These are a perfect "high" stiletto, they're definitely not low and I wouldn't say they're a breeze to walk in unless you're used to heels. I will vouch for how comfortable they are though given the height and the shape - they're as comfortable as a heel like this could be for sure!
