This vintage dress Swiss dot and lace gown is complete with a tiered petticoat skirt— and such a distinct whimsy, reminding me of the dresses Judy Garland wore in Meet Me in St. Louis. It also draws inspiration from vintage square dancing outfits. Crafted in a red organza flocked with Swiss dots, it's very fitted in the bodice, with a defined yoke waist, offset by a full skirt with layers of tiered flounce, and white lace flounce interspersed. The tiers are backed by a layer of mesh that adds structure and fullness to the skirt, creating a magical sweep with every movement. Note that the hems are unfinished on each layer of tiers throughout, which is an intentional design detail that creates a beautiful seamless look. There is a sweet bow detail at the V-neckline. It comes with a bolero that matches the white lace details— I love the ribbon details interwoven with the lace. The dress was made in the USA, and is fully lined, with a hidden zip closure in the back.

Measurements: This will likely best fit a size X-Small and possibly Small, but please refer to below measurements to be sure.
Chest: 32.5" laid flat (33.5" pulled comfortably taut)
Empire Waist: top of yoke is 26" (up to 26.5" pulled comfortably taut)
Natural Waist: about 24"
Hips are open
Length: 54" from shoulder to hem (Shoulder to waist measures is 13.5")
BOLERO:
Shoulders: 12"
Chest: 34" laid flat (there are no closures so room for more)
Length: 13" from shoulder to hem

Great vintage condition, with very minor wear commensurate with age, including one tiny bit of fraying to the fabric at the very hem, but it is absolutely not noticeable at all when worn. (Even when closely inspired it looks like part of the intentionally-unfinished design.) Excellent quality. Sturdy and strong. The screws that come with it are awful. Get yourself some different ones. Takes a while to set it up and get it all measured. I did it while I was setting up my new Flexi-spot E7 Plus standing desk. Wanted to get it all done at the same time. At first. I thought it might be overkill, but I am sooooo glad I did get this. Now my computer moves along with the desk. It looks great. I bet it has improved the air flow around my computer as well. Looks sleek and cool. I might have set it a bit too tight around my case and as a result I have to shimmy it to get it out of the holder if I have to do any work on the computers internals. But at least I know it's secure. My suggestion would be to leave a little bit of slack to avoid this in your setup. Maybe like a 1/4 inch would be ok. The pads should hold it in place anyway. May loosen mine up if I find the time. But it feels totally secure on the desk with no wobble or shaking. Great product. Also I'm a woman in my late fifties 😃and I was able to set it all up on my own. So don't be intimidated ladies, you can do it too. I also bought two of the ultimate set up cable management trays. Great products. Note for anyone from the Ultimate Setup company who might read this. Please provide better quality wood screws and some extra ones) I stripped three of the cheap ones that came with this. And it took forever to drill them in because they weren't strong enough. Then it would be perfect.

Take your time installing! It comes with all the instructions and templates. Make sure you’re screwing this into solid wood. I would not recommend you hang your expensive PC from a particle board table. My Pc fits in well and it’s compatible with a ton of different sizes. Mine has been mounted under my desk for about 6 months and is rock solid. I will say, mine is balancing in there. If I don’t have it at its center of gravity, it could tip out.
