Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!

I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture. Erin's book was a lifesaver. We couldn't sell our house so we decided to Midterm rent it. The book covers all the essentials and most importantly makes you think that you can do this. After reading the book and listening to her youtube channel, I booked a consulting call with Erin and it was fantastic. Erin is well worth taking advice from.
