I’ve been using this COOLA Recovery+ Face Mist right after running, and it does wonders. After a run, my face usually looks flushed and feels a bit irritated from sweat and heat. A couple sprays of this helps tremendously. It provides an immediate cooling and refreshing feel without irritation. It really helps reduce that post run redness faster and it feels very gentle. It seems to protect the skin, but then again I put some on every hour on the hour and didn't have any issues. I will be reordering.
