The 'Yana' pinafore dress is made of heavy and consistent cotton corduroy, hanging firmly and elegantly.Ideal for mid-season and winter, it will blend perfectly into a wardrobe with cozy autumnal color shades. We have developed an elegant closing system: the zipper is discreetly hidden in the left pocket, inside the crossover.
Unlike the 'Yana' skirt, the dress is worn slightly looser at the waist because it is intended to be supported by wide shoulder straps. However, you can tighten it with a belt, thanks to the belt loops.
If the size is, however, a little tight, the crossing system also allows a slight additional adjustment, by moving the buttons. If you are comfortable with a needle, you can adapt it a few centimeters.

Seems well made, but I don't like the sensation (of a water flosser in general)

This was the first time I ever tried a water flosser, and ultimately have decided it is not for me as I don't like the sensation of water falling out of my mouth while using it. But my mother swears by them, so I will likely give it to her. It does seem to be well-made and of good quality. Even full of water, it is fairly lightweight and easy to hold onto. There are several different strengths/pattern settings, which seems like a good thing. It charged up quickly, but I cannot speak to the battery life as I only used it a few times. I see that the price has dropped by 1/3 since I ordered it.
