Tools: You will need a flexible measuring tape.

Bust

Measure your bust at the fullest point. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor. Keep your arms at the side of your body.

Waist

Measure your waist at the smallest part of your torso. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor.

Hips

Measure your hips at the fullest point. The tape should be aligned parallel to the floor.

Shoulder

Measure from where your shoulder meets the top of your arm, or the boniest part of your shoulder, and hold the tape straight across to the tip of your other shoulder blade.

Not so sheer that it looks cheap but not thick enough for the white to be opaque. These are well made and hold their shape after washing and drying and come in a ton of colors. I have several and will buy more.
