Secondly, you have to size up if you are intending to wear this jacket on top of a sweatshirt or anything thicker than a t-shirt. I'm so glad that I read reviews before purchasing this because if I had bought his size it would have fit him but he would not have been able to wear a sweater or sweatshirt under it. My partner is tall and about an XL in sizing. The jacket stops just at his waist and accentuates how tall he is. Sleeve length is perfect. I will also say that it's not super thick, it's a great fall jacket just good enough to stay warm in brisk weather. This is more of a fashion piece than it is a coat. Something that no one mentioned is there are two large pockets on the inside of the jacket that my boyfriend loves because he can now hide snacks in them. This jacket honestly gives me New York Street fashion vibes and I love it so much I plan on stealing it from him time to time.

One slight issue is the size of the button holes. 3 of mine were too small to fit the buttons through. Easy fix with a knife though. Material quality is good, it wasn't easy to cut. I dyed mine yellow and it took the dye quite well, if you're considering doing that with yours.
