The skirt has a nice rich gathering of pink tulle finished with a ruffle made with the same holographic print as the capelet. The back of this dress has a Velcro closure and the elasticized waistband with a smocked waist (extra fabric gathering) provides even more comfort and size flexibility. Machine washable!
