Exquisitely constructed is has sewn in weight along all the edges. There is an inner silk lining that snaps on the side. One side of triple straps snap. A truly stunning piece of history!

Condition: Excellent Vintage: This is in remarkable shape! A tiny bit of green beads missing on one of the straps (see last pic). The silk lining is separated at the neckline in a small area, this does not affect the wear, nor can you see it. Two 1" mends to the velvet at the back by the straps.
