While rewriting the history of fashion and never compromising the essence of elegance, Yves Saint Laurent has continued to refine the aesthetics of men's fashion. We introduce a classic shirt that quietly inherits Monsieur's lingering charm into your current wardrobe, a piece that exudes a dignified allure within its neatness.

Estimated to be from the late 1990s to early 2000s, supported by the authentic men's line notation "Yves Saint Laurent" with "pour homme" underneath on the woven label, and the satin fabric tag texture and typography common in French prêt-à-porter of that era, making the period highly credible. Additionally, the concise multilingual print of the care label, without QR codes or long management tags typical of mass production after the 2000s, preserves the atmosphere before the standardized mass production era.

The material is a smooth, 100% cotton broadcloth, not with a strong shine that demands attention when hit by light, but with a subtle luster created by the fine surface texture, naturally elevating the outfit even with just a shirt. It is made from fabric that maintains a clean look over time, making it a valuable piece that adds value to everyday wear.

The collar is composed of a slightly large regular collar, clearly defining the neckline, so even when tucked inside a jacket, the face remains sharp without blurring, maintaining a balance that softly preserves a classic authority. The placket has a clean design avoiding excessive decoration, and the spacing and sewing lines create a visual vertical axis, making it simple yet elegant, which is characteristic of Yves Saint Laurent.

While equipped with a pocket at the chest, the placement is calm, ensuring practicality without compromising the neatness of the dress, and it conveys the balance of comfort and dignity that Yves Saint Laurent pursued at the time. The cuffs are designed with a generous width, creating a focal point at the wrists, which makes gestures look neat, and the buttons are engraved with the brand's mark, giving a subtle exterior but a dense feel the closer you get.

And the silhouette is not overly tight; it features a boxy design with some room from the shoulders to the body, allowing it to carry a classic air different from the slim trend of the late 2000s onward. As a result, it is easy to incorporate regardless of gender and can create a refined look without body shape restrictions, which is a pleasing point.

This masterpiece, which retains the philosophy of Monsieur distinct from the sharpness after Edie, is especially recommended for those who want to enjoy the last classic with a sense of everyday life, not just logo claims but speaking of quality through tailoring and material. It becomes a piece that supports situations requiring a slight refinement in dress, such as work or dinner meetings.

In terms of styling, pairing with tailored jackets or long coats to emphasize vertical lines enhances the neatness, and combining with bottoms like slacks or wool pants with a relaxed drape creates a genderless, elegant mood. Additionally, even when layered with simple cardigans or high-quality knit vests, the structured collar stands out, making it an exquisite piece that maintains the signature Yves Saint Laurent tension without overdoing the outfit.

Angels and the Fallen — Breathtaking Start
Format: Kindle
This book was EVERYTHING I expected it to be and more. Leave to R.L. Caulder and M. Sinclair to give us yet another amazing book! Kieran and her guys hooked me from the very beginning and did not let go. Found family is one of my favorite tropes and it was done so well in this book. Couple that along with an FMC trying to find her place in the world and I was practically drooling over this book. The world building, the conflict, the wyverin sidekick — it all was done so well that it felt fresh and real. Each love interest felt real and unique in their own ways. I felt connected to each one and like they were truly different people. I love that so much in a book and these two authors never miss with their love interests. Multi POV, Reverse harem, who did this to you, and a magical world highlighting the angels and the fallen. This book has everything and it does it so well. Big thank you to R.L. Caulder and M. Sinclair for the arc copy! I cannot wait for book 2!

A new take 🤔
Format: Kindle
I’m not going to go into what this book is about — by now you e already read the synopsis and have an idea — but I will give a couple of insights. Definitely a different take on angels and their fall; I like it. This is an interesting start to a new series - YES, this does end on a cliffhanger so be prepared for that. I’m eager for the next book (and hopefully the last in this series — sometimes the author(s) will switch it up depending on how the story flows for them) in this series. I’m hoping that a certain male character redeems himself because he’s a dick that will make the meaning of mixed signals jealous lol. You ever watch that old movie — I think it’s call Mommy Dearest? — yea, let’s switch that up to daddy. That man would make a perfect husband to mommy dearest. I recommend this book because while these authors are well known for their cliffhangers, they are also well known for putting out good stories.

Liked it
Format: Kindle
I liked the worlds and the characters. The prophesy is confusing in that I would think, since all worlds ore on a path to destruction, the angels would want their world to be saved. I am sure there is more evil that will be revealed as the series proceeds. I dislike a prolonged “poor little me” trope and the main character has moved past that, thankfully, and began to show a fierce attitude as the novel progressed. The last portion of the novel had some great action. It’s worth reading, just be patient with a slow start.

Unexpectedly emotional and packed with action!
Format: Kindle
Why do I suddenly want nothing more than a tiny wyvern to snuggle with?! It’s adorable and I absolutely love all of those moments! Wings of Stars was everything I’ve come expect from this powerful author duo. The fact that it’s written by two different people is completely transparent to the reader and they’ve brought us another world and characters that we’re all emotionally connected to and fully invested in! The injustice that we see from Alfemir in the many forms in which it comes is infuriating and makes me desperate for the conclusion of the story so they can all get what’s coming to them! I love all the guys right now, with one exception, and if you’re read it, you know exactly who I’m talking about. Bastian is hilarious - he was the comedic relief through an otherwise quite serious story. My heart bleeds for him and I can’t wait to see how he progresses through the series. Parts of Wings of Stars were unexpectedly emotional and of course I was left with my jaw on the floor at that cliffhanger! Next, please!

Niz !!!
Format: Kindle
First, let me say that I love both of these authors. I have been hooked by both ever since I discovered their writings, and I follow their social media groups closely. This book did not disappoint. Sure, there are several questions that I have, a couple of times I went huh (which I won't get into because I do not want to offer any spoilers) and I hated the cliff hanger lol, but I cannot lie and say I didn't love the book, because I did. The twist on angels was new and fresh, even though that is part of my questions. The beginning and ending were the better parts, the middle was needed but sorta bogged a little. Kieran was confusing but relatable. Niz is BY FAR the best character of the book, love NIZ. For me, Bastian is a close second, always loved the crazy ones. The other men were good, but Steele gets on my nerves and as of right now, IMO, he doesn't belong, but we will see how that goes. I have lots of questions, but this was an excellent start to a new series and I cannot wait for the next book. Highly recommend
