I want to propose a style in which a vintage kimono is worn like a beautiful coat.
I and the sewing team upcycled this kimono piece.

This fabric is called shibori.
Kimonos are dyed and embroidered using a variety of techniques, one of which is the “tie-dyeing” technique.
This is a technique in which fabrics are dyed by binding them with threads or sandwiched with a device to prevent dyeing, and then dyed with dyestuffs to create complex patterns.

This is a one-of-a-kind piece created by a small team of handmade artists.
Kimono gowns were hand-sewn and tailored. It took a very long time.(Belt is machine-sewn)

I carefully handpicked this kimono piece, which is in very good condition for a vintage garment.
