Shelf Life: Refrigerated Shelf Life: Up to 3 months from production. Keep refrigerated at all times.
Usage: Our dressings are made without seed oils, preservatives, or emulsifiers. Because we use only organic extra virgin olive oil, it may naturally solidify when refrigerated. To restore consistency, let the dressing sit at room temperature for 15 minutes and shake well before using.
