Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery through the L’LUXE Return Portal. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in original condition.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, fragrance, staining, or damage is not eligible for return.
Prior approval is required before sending any item back, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
