It was made in France in the late 1960s early 1970s of a black 78% cotton 22% viscose velvet blend, with a rayon lining and a feather trim hemline. It fastens at the back, and each cuff, with hand set metal Eclair zippers. It's in overall very good condition. There are a few feathers missing but it's very discreet. Measurements: Bust 34" Waist
