If you aren’t in love with any of our in-house colors though not to worry! We can also custom match any color thrown our way for an additional $200.

PLEASE NOTE YOUR HARDWARE CHOICE IN THE NOTES DURING CHECKOUT: We offer a few different options when it comes to the hardware of your vintage piece — all included in the price! Our options include: leaving the hardware as is, painting it in a brass, black or silver or choosing new hardware altogether. We offer many different hardware options on our website that you’ll love. At this time, we are unable to polish hardware as each piece of hardware is unique and varies on how it will take polish.

Our current production estimate is 9 weeks but can vary based on demand and the piece. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Our pieces are one-of-a-kind and come with their own one-of-a-kind issues, which can occasionally extend this timeline. We at MegMade believe that treasures are worth the wait and what remains consistent is our commitment to getting you your piece as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING: We deliver both locally and out-of-state!

CHICAGOANS: We partner with a professional delivery service called Schlep. Their price includes white glove delivery and typically ranges between $80-$160 depending on size of the piece and location. Once payment is made or you’re notified that your piece is complete you’re free to schedule delivery at any time through Schlep.it. OUT OF STATE: We partner with some amazing, independent contractors. This service includes blanket wrapped delivery to your door. Most of our shippers are lone wolves so, unfortunately, this service does not include white glove. Please note that given their shipping routes this service takes time to set up and you’ll need to allow 2 to 8 additional weeks for delivery. Good Space Savings, but the Bag Zippers don't hold very well

I purchased these Vacbird travel vacuum bags mainly to save space in carry-on luggage and cruise packing, and the overall concept works well. The included rechargeable air pump is compact and convenient for travel, and the compression bags can significantly reduce the amount of space taken up by clothing and soft items when sealed properly. The bags themselves are easy to fill and compress, and they can definitely help organize luggage more efficiently for longer trips. For bulky clothing like jackets, sweatshirts, or extra layers, the space savings are noticeable. The rechargeable pump is also more convenient than manually rolling air out of the bags repeatedly. The reason this isn’t a higher rating is the zipper closure quality. The zippers feel much weaker than they should for a product designed around repeated compression and travel handling. Several closures required extra care to avoid separating or leaking air, which reduces confidence in long-term durability. The system works, but the zipper design feels like the weak point and keeps the product from feeling as reliable as it otherwise could be.
