I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable. At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.
