Why do we call these Pineapple Flowers? They were inspired by a particular pineapple upside down cake my friend Lisa made about eight years ago. She had cut up all the fruit to try and spell the name of the birthday boy and, let's be honest, it looked a little crazy. We may have laughed at the cake's appearance, but cake is cake, and this cake was delicious.
Our whimsical illustrations bloom on a cotton dress in a rich navy color made exclusively for us by American Apparel. The fabric is breathable in the heat of summer, and it's long enough to leave the leggings behind. Summer only comes once a year, so tear through your front lawn and hop over your sprinkler! This dress wants an adventure. - Every shirt, dress, scarf, and skirt from Flytrap Clothing features our own original designs, and we screen print them by hand in our backyard workshop here in North Carolina.
FIBER CONTENT: 100% cotton
CARE: Please wash in cold water and tumble dry on medium, or line dry if you wish to avoid shrinkage. Do not iron the print.

HOW TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZE:
We get the sizing information above from our manufacturers and then double check it against feedback from our models and customers, but without having a fashion industry standard for what constitutes a "medium," we know that online shopping can be a bit of a guessing game. We want to get your order right the first time, so we came up with this time-tested, tried and true formula for the most accuracy in sizing: lay one of your favorite tees flat on a table, and measure the width across the chest, underneath the sleeves. Then you can compare that flat measurement with the following measurements and leave the guesswork behind!

Lovely, Cozy Scarf

I've had a reliable Pringle wool scarf for many years, and it's still a great one. But in recent years, I'm more sensitive to the cold, and wanted a longer, thicker scarf. I saw this one from Style Republic, and decided to give it a try. I've received a number of items from Style Republic recently, and they have all been great, so I had high hopes for this. It's lived up to the hope!
The material is really soft. It's enjoyable to hold, and makes it kind of fun to bundle up for a walk in the cold. The "extra long" designation in the product description is accurate. I'm 5'10" and I can wrap this scarf securely around my neck, and then have enough material to drape over my chest and almost down to my waist. The scarf is also wide, so I fold it in half before wrapping it around my neck, and beneath a jacket it provides an excellent underlayer. The material is not itchy at all, even on long, vigorous walks. The style is simple, with just a hint of an edging.
I really like this scarf and highly recommend it.

Gorgeous scarf

Very soft good quality cashmere. I've ordered some items that claim to be cashmere that are either not cashmere at all, or just poor quality. This scarf, by Style Republic, is excellent. It's exactly what cashmere SHOULD be but often isn't, when purchased online.
The scarf is gorgious, feels great on, just a really nice every day scarf for cold weather Suitable for men or women--I love it, my husband loves it.

Super Soft, But Pricy

I have other cashmere items, and this feels the same. Super soft, no itch at all... just a great fabric for skin contact.
Mine measures about 69 inches long. To put some other reviews into context, when many of us early reviewers got this, the item's product page title was, "Style Republic Men's 100% Cashmere Extra Long Scarf" - It now says, "Style Republic Men's Solid Colored 100% Pure Cashmere Scarf | 20" x 68" inches" which is more accurate.
Apart from that early description issue, there really isn't anything wrong with this scarf. For cashmere, this is an good price for how much fabric is used, and the workmanship is good. The tags are really easy to remove, as they're looped on with just a couple strands. Thank you so much for that!
