This Elsa White dress has a full circle skirt with a pretty sparkle overlay. The full circle skirt allows the dress to be perfect for twirling around. The sparkle fabric is a soft and smooth foil print, so it is comfortable to wear and not itchy. This dress has warm knit sleeves for comfort and an elastic neckline. Not so sheer that it looks cheap but not thick enough for the white to be opaque. These are well made and hold their shape after washing and drying and come in a ton of colors.
