The straps are encased with elastic for a comfortable fit. The smocked satin back allows for ultimate size flexibility and this dress is of course machine washable! Liquid knit spandex printed with holographic print makes this dress the ultimate sea princess and the matching headband completes the look of the perfect under the sea princess!
