From the late 1940s or early 1950s, a silk party dress with alternating bands of mauve pink and cream lace.

I bought this lamp for my bell tent, which has a center pole. It did exactly what I wanted it to do: provide light to my whole tent instead of depending on a lantern or flashlight.
