Like new Nicole. It has been customized to be strapless without beading along the bust-line. The skirt has been lined so it will not be sheer. You could remove this in alterations to make the skirt sheer. See measurement section for sizing. It could be taken in up to about 1.5 to maybe 2 inches smaller. Netta size 44/18 - street size 8.
