Le Caminus M est un poêle à bois de taille moyenne conçu pour chauffer les tentes de camping d'hiver et pour la cuisine en plein air. Il offre une chaleur fiable, une combustion efficace et le confort d'un véritable feu à l'intérieur de votre abri.

La principale caractéristique du Caminus M est ses panneaux latéraux en verre céramique résistants à la chaleur. Le verre de 4 mm d'épaisseur rayonne de chaleur tout en ajoutant une lumière naturelle à l'intérieur de la tente. Vous pouvez facilement surveiller le feu et le niveau de bois sans ouvrir la porte.

Le poêle chauffe rapidement et est efficace à la fois pour réchauffer votre tente et préparer des repas. De l'ébullition de l'eau à la cuisson de plats complets en extérieur, il offre une répartition de la chaleur stable et uniforme.

Le pare-étincelles intégré améliore l'efficacité de la combustion et la sécurité. Le foyer est divisé en deux sections. La chambre inférieure brûle le bois ou les briquettes. La chambre supérieure brûle les gaz résiduels, augmentant ainsi l'efficacité du combustible et réduisant les déchets.

Quatre écrans de protection ajoutent une sécurité supplémentaire : un bouclier inférieur pour éviter la surchauffe de la surface, un bouclier arrière pour réduire la chaleur des parois, et des écrans latéraux amovibles pour protéger le verre pendant le transport.

Fabriqué en acier inoxydable AISI 430 épais, le Caminus M est conçu pour une utilisation extérieure répétée. La construction scellée permet de contrôler la fumée et de protéger les panneaux de verre.

Chaque poêle est livré dans une boîte en bois durable et comprend deux plaques métalliques de rechange au cas où le verre céramique devrait être remplacé.

Started w/ audiobook, now I'm ordering the print too

This book is GREAT!! The integration of theory she uses to support her claims is masterful. I began listening to the audiobook, because it was cheaper & I go through a ton of counseling & psych books. I am a grad student in social work, and I'm also a therapy client trying to heal myself. I appreciate that this book targets "chronic shame" which as a central experience to a bunch of issues. The hundreds of books and articles I've researched seem like they were mostly ALL working back to this issue. In a psychology culture that is big on cognitive and chemical solutions to mental health, the relational approach that she emphasizes is critical to the healing process. I appreciate the research she uses from object relations, affect regulation, interpersonal, etc. I purchased the hard copy because 1. I can't underline/highlight an audiobook and 2. I want a copy of the references of theorists and study's that she draws from, because they are pure gold. All therapists need to understand the contents of this book! Unless you are perfectly fine offering band aid solutions. Clients and self-helpers beware. It's not triggering in terms of content, it is activating in the sense that she describes the felt experience of shame SO WELL. I could locate my own felt sense of shame which is, by default, unpleasant. Some stabilization and a decent therapeutic connection is probably necessary before cracking this book open. But that's why I love it. I needed to go deeper and get the core issues. And this book is like a map that guides you right to it.

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!
