Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 40mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 10x10 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. Full-color dye sublimation printing is included at no extra cost. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or a backdrop. One wall or three, your call at checkout. Half walls work better when you want to define your booth space without closing it off. They're useful anywhere customers walk up directly.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only. That works when your booth faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces, worth the upcharge when people see your wall from behind as well.
How many people does setup take?
One person can do it. Two people make it faster, especially when attaching walls.
How should I store the canopy after an event?
Dry it completely before you fold and store it. Wet storage leads to mold, staining, and permanent creasing. Pack it back in the roller bag and it'll be ready to go next time.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

You need these if you have dry mouth

I have a real problem with dty mouth due to medications I take. These last at least an hour. They stick well to you gum and they keep your mouth moist, better than any other products for dry mouth. You can even use them when you go to sleep. I use 2 at a time, 1 on each side. Sometimes I just use one. I recommend if you are bothered by dry mouth. They are sugar free.

Dry Mouth...BE GONE!!

These are a fabulous product! I have been using them for years. As a CPAP patient, dry mouth during the night is a big issue. Xylimelts solves this completely. Each tablet has a concave side. After you moisten them in your mouth you stick the concave side onto your gums below your teeth, or inside of your cheek. There they stay firmly in place and slowly melt, keeping your mouth perfectly moist all night. My magic bullet is one on each side of my lower jaw and one stuck to the roof of my mouth. They last all night. Xylimelts come in several flavors. Slightly sweet is my favorite, because the mint is a little too strong for me. I cannot live without this product!
My daughter does not have a CPAP machine but suffers with sinus congestion. She uses these every night to combat dry mouth associated with mouth breathing during sleep.
PRO TIP: once you have them firmly in place, do not try to move them. They are solidly glued down and you can cause irritation by prying them up.

Xylimelts work! Don't leave home without them!
I love the mint free version of Xylimelts. The mint flavored ones are also good but I'm not a fan of mint. As far as working to alleviate dry mouth, they work. I'm able to use 1 Xylimelt per night and get about 6 hours of comfort. That is sufficient for my needs. The instructions say that you can use 2 Xylimelts at a time, if you need them. Properly moistened before holding in place on your gum, they will adhere tightly. There are certain products that make my life better and Xylimelts are one of them. While not mentioned in the literature, my experience is that using these over the last two years, I've experienced zero cavities. For me, this makes sense as the Xylimelts help prevent bacteria from adhering. Since dry mouth also encourages cavities, using them regularly give you a leg up at preventing cavities while keeping you comfortable all night. I've never used them in the daytime but they are unobtrusive and were certainly help with chronic dry mouth. Definitely works for me.
