As ONE PIECE sealed products become increasingly popular BANDAl has now issued a warning that all orders can be allocated. We only put a fraction of our reserved stock for pre-order to be on a safe side. If, however, allocations will be very harsh or stock released in waves we'll be sending orders in chronological order, so the earliest buyers will have a priority in case of allocation or staged stock release.
