CHOKING HAZARD — hammock contains SMALL PARTS and is not intended for children less than 3 years old.

FALL HAZARD — children have suffered severe head injuries (e.g., skull fractures) when falling from hammocks. falls can happen suddenly if child is not sitting or lying in hammock properly. adult supervision is required.

• never hang hammock higher than 18 in. (45 cm.) off the ground.
• never hang hammock using extenders or straps.
• carefully inspect mounting hardware (i.e., wall mounts and screws) before each use; mounting hardware should be securely attached to wall studs; discontinue use if mounting hardware appears loose or damaged.
• carefully inspect hammock (including rope and carabiners) before each use; hammock should be free of snags, fraying, and general wear/tear in addition to anything unusual and/or different from the time of purchase; discontinue use if anything is suspect.
• always test hammock before putting full weight into it; maximum weight limit – 100 lbs. (45 kg.).
• do not use hammock outdoors – hammock is designed for indoor use only.
• do not stack hammocks vertically.
• do not place sharp and/or pointy objects in area beneath hammock (e.g., toys, step stools, chairs, etc.) that could create a hazard in the case of a fall.
• do not permit more than one (1) child to use hammock at a time. Do not permit children to stand in/on hammock, jump on/from hammock, or swing forcefully inside hammock.
• never allow children to use hammock unsupervised by an adult.
