Cassia-kaneel heeft een intensere smaak dan Ceylon-kaneel en is perfect voor gerechten waar een sterke kaneelsmaak gewenst is.

Gebruik & Dosering:
Gebruik 1 stokje per 500 ml vloeistof of per gerecht, afhankelijk van gewenste smaakintensiteit. Kaneelstokjes kunnen tijdens het koken worden toegevoegd en later verwijderd, of worden gemalen voor intensere smaak.
